We see ourselves as a system integrator for future-oriented applications in the fields of robotics and mechatronics and supply our customers with individualized automation concepts. Know-how and experience accompany us on our path of success by following the principle of always being better than others.

From a small mechanical engineering firm to a leading maker of customer-specific automation solutions.

Bär Automation is a family-owned business that is now in its 2nd generation. Founded in 1972 as a "small mechanical engineering firm", we have grown over the past five decades through consistent innovation management, skill and flexibility into one of the leading specialists for the planning, construction and manufacture of customized automation solutions.

The portfolio includes assembly technology – flexibilization of assembly processes, robot aided assembly handlings and automated guided vehicle systems.

At the company's own campus, more than 140 employees develop and implement individual system solutions for customers from all over the world.

BÄR Automation – the name stands for innovativeness and the production of the future.
